No. We buy with the intent to renovate, so we review the property in its current condition. Structural, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work is part of what we plan for.

What happens to the house after you buy it?
It is renovated to modern, code-compliant, energy-efficient standards through our Community Renewal Affordable Housing Initiative, then offered for affordable rent or homeownership to low- to moderate-income families.

Marjorie has been actively engaged in residential real estate investing since 2022. She specializes in acquiring and rehabilitating distressed properties with a focus on long-term community impact, and brings hands-on experience in property evaluation, renovation planning, budget oversight, and sustainable investment strategy.
Her leadership background in ministry and family financial management shapes how she coordinates teams and makes mission-driven decisions. Her formal investor education covers deal analysis, rehab budgeting, risk mitigation, and portfolio scaling.
